Senior Health & Fitness Day was a little different this year as we were unable to host our usual expo in person. But that didn’t stop us from wanting to bring you the resources and information you need. On May 27, 2020 we held our Senior Health & Fitness Day virtually through Facebook live, and shared those videos on our YouTube platform.
